Login Information

User ID Requirements:
  • Must be at least 5 characters
  • Can contain a combination of alphanumeric characters.
  • Special characters, such @, #, $, &, etc. cannot be used.
  • User IDs are not case-sensitive.
  • User IDs cannot be changed
Password Requirements:
  • Must be a minimum of 7 characters.
  • Must include at least 1 number.
  • Passwords are case sensitive.
  • Passwords cannot be your User ID.

Program Enrollment


eBilling Enrollment

When you enroll in the eBilling program, you will no longer receive paper bills in the mail. Each billing cycle, you will receive an email notification when your bill is ready to review. You can view and print your billing statement once you are logged in to your LW Connect account.

Auto Debit Enrollment

Auto Debit allows you to set up recurring payments directly from your checking or savings account.

We will generally begin processing your Auto Debit payment 1-2 days before your due date, but the amount due will not be debited from your account until the actual invoice due date.
